Software Engineer
Lead BI administration, managing access control, report servers, and DAX data connectors to empower data-driven decisions across retail banking platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the configuration and maintenance of BI report servers, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Design and enforce robust access control and access management policies for sensitive financial data.
- Develop and maintain DAX data connectors, optimizing data models for reporting and analytics.
- Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to align BI solutions with strategic objectives.
- Monitor and troubleshoot BI infrastructure, implementing proactive improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing BI platforms, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
- Strong knowledge of access control frameworks and data security best practices.
- Hands‑on expertise with DAX, Power BI, and data connector development.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with cloud-based BI services and automation tools is a plus.
