Lead treasury automation initiatives, driving project delivery, process improvements, and ERP enhancements to maintain a reliable, secure Treasury Cash Application infrastructure using advanced automation and control frameworks.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of global treasury projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
- Design, implement, and optimize process automations to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort across treasury operations.
- Manage ERP upgrades and configuration changes, maintaining system integrity and performance.
- Develop and enforce controls, monitoring, and reporting mechanisms to safeguard data integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—Treasury, IT, Finance, and Business Analysis—to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in treasury operations and ERP environments, preferably with SAP or similar systems.
- Strong background in automation technologies and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex initiatives on time and within scope.
- Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a focus on controls and compliance.
- Effective communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
