Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Technical Analysts in developing automation tools that streamline complex business processes.
- Architect and oversee the deployment of Chrome extensions, web applications, and automated workflows across multiple Dow Jones products.
- Integrate AI capabilities into automation solutions to enhance data processing and decision‑making.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure high quality, maintainable code through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing a technical team in an automation or software engineering environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript, with hands‑on experience building Chrome extensions and web applications.
- Hands‑on knowledge of data pipelines, API integration, and AI/ML tooling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile development practices and CI/CD pipelines.
