Manager, Asset Data Integrity - Qcells

Key Responsibilities

• Direct end‑to‑end data validation and reconciliation processes for solar asset onboarding, ensuring completeness and accuracy before integration into fleet management systems.
• Manage production validation testing after handover, identify performance gaps, and drive corrective actions to maintain high‑quality operational data.
• Collaborate with asset sellers, internal engineering, and operations teams to resolve data discrepancies and streamline data flow across the organization.
• Develop and maintain automated data quality pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud services (e.g., AWS) to support continuous monitoring and reporting.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams, define timelines, track milestones, and communicate status to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data integrity, asset management, or related fields within the renewable energy sector.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and building automated data pipelines.
• Proven project management skills, including stakeholder coordination and delivery of complex data‑focused initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
