Lead a high‑performing team of applied AI engineers, guiding enterprise customers through the design, deployment, and scaling of Claude‑powered solutions on cloud platforms, while ensuring safety, interpretability, and business value.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of AI engineers focused on enterprise deployments of Claude API.
- Collaborate with product, policy, and security teams to translate customer requirements into robust, safe, and interpretable AI solutions.
- Architect and oversee end‑to‑end pipelines, from data ingestion and model fine‑tuning to cloud‑native deployment on AWS/GCP.
- Drive best practices in model monitoring, bias mitigation, and compliance with internal safety standards.
- Act as a technical advisor to fintech, cybersecurity, and other vertical clients, ensuring solutions meet performance and regulatory needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning or AI engineering, with a strong background in Python and deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record managing technical teams and delivering cloud‑based AI products at scale.
- Deep understanding of AI safety, interpretability, and responsible AI principles.
- Experience with AWS or GCP services (SageMaker, Lambda, BigQuery, etc.) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
