About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a cross‑functional team of ETL developers, data analysts, and AI specialists.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines in Azure Data Factory to ingest, transform, and load large healthcare datasets.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate reporting and analytics requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement and operationalize machine‑learning models and AI workflows that enhance data‑driven decision making.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and performance optimization across all data pipelines.
- Drive technical enablement and best‑practice adoption across related workstreams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience building ETL solutions, preferably with Azure Data Factory or similar cloud‑based platforms.
- Strong SQL proficiency and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Azure Synapse).
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, scripting, and machine‑learning model integration.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, manage projects, and communicate complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with machine‑learning frameworks or AI services (e.g., Azure ML, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and a solid understanding of data engineering principles.
