Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional analytics team, setting technical direction and ensuring delivery of high‑quality data science projects.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine‑learning models using Python, SQL, and AWS services to solve real‑world agricultural challenges.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into data‑driven solutions.
- Oversee data pipeline architecture, ensuring robust data ingestion, processing, and storage on big‑data platforms.
- Champion best practices in model validation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience building production‑grade ML models on AWS.
- Strong background in big‑data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and data pipeline design.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
