Lead a global analytics and data engineering team to design and deliver advanced data solutions, driving pricing insights and operational excellence using Python, SQL, machine learning, and AWS cloud services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a global team of data scientists and data engineers to develop scalable analytics solutions for parts pricing.
- Design, implement, and maintain end‑to‑end data pipelines and data models using Python, SQL, and AWS services.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into data‑driven insights and predictive models.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security across all analytics workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement of analytics processes, tooling, and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering and analytics, with proven leadership in a global environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and AWS cloud technologies (Redshift, S3, Glue).
- Hands‑on experience building machine learning models and deploying them at scale.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
