Lead analytics initiatives for Amazon Ads Attribution, driving insights through DV360 and Excel. Manage data pipelines, reporting, and cross‑functional teams to optimize advertising performance and business intelligence.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end analytics for Amazon Ads Attribution, ensuring accurate measurement and reporting across campaigns.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports in Excel and BI tools, translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with DV360 and marketing teams to integrate attribution data, refine targeting, and optimize spend.
- Lead a team of analysts, providing mentorship, setting priorities, and ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
- Develop and implement data governance practices, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of analytics or BI experience in a digital advertising environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data modeling, statistical analysis, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present findings to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Experience managing and scaling analytics teams is a plus.
