About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization’s Data & AI Governance framework, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain core governance artefacts, including policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate governance activities across business and technology teams, facilitating workshops and training sessions.
- Advocate for governance best practices, promoting adoption and continuous improvement throughout the enterprise.
- Collaborate with the Associate Director of AI and Data Governance to report on governance metrics and risk mitigation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data governance, data quality, or data management roles.
- Strong understanding of AI governance principles and regulatory landscapes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high‑quality artefacts on time.
- Experience with governance tools and frameworks is a plus.
