Manager, AI Centre of Excellence (AI CoE)
The Manager, AI Centre of Excellence (AI CoE) will be instrumental in overseeing Changi Airport Group's AI strategy, focusing on the smart adoption and integration of AI solutions. This role involves identifying high-impact AI opportunities, developing governance policies, and upskilling staff to enhance AI competencies across the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AI engineering and strategy development, coupled with strong leadership and communication skills.
Being one of the busiest and most awarded airports in the world, Changi Airport serves hundreds of thousands of flights and creates memorable experiences for tens of millions of customers each year. Changi Airport Group (CAG) is looking for passionate individuals to join its AI Centre of Excellence (AI CoE) team. The effective use of AI is a key enabler in CAG's pursuit of excellence, aiming to better serve customers and continuously improve operations. Recognizing the need to quickly proliferate AI into many application areas and leverage the expertise of matured market players, the strategy emphasizes smart adoption and buying of AI solutions over solely in-house development. The AI CoE is established to build an “AI Smart Buy” capability for CAG, enabling the adoption of AI at scale and exploitation of AI solutions while managing associated risks.
