About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI and digital transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in designing, building, and deploying machine‑learning models and data pipelines.
- Architect and manage cloud‑based AI solutions on platforms such as AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with business units to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Establish governance, monitoring, and continuous improvement processes for AI systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, data engineering, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn).
- Hands‑on experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration.
- Strong project‑management skills with a track record of leading digital transformation projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
