Software Engineer
Lead the design and execution of enterprise‑wide management systems and continuous improvement initiatives, driving process excellence, data‑driven decision making, and AI‑enabled procurement transformation across multiple industry sectors.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end management systems that align with procurement strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Lead cross‑functional continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce cycle time, cost, and risk.
- Integrate AI and advanced analytics into procurement workflows to unlock actionable insights and predictive capabilities.
- Collaborate with IT, finance, and supplier teams to ensure seamless data governance and system scalability.
- Measure and report on improvement metrics, presenting findings to senior leadership and driving data‑driven decision making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in management systems and continuous improvement within a procurement or supply‑chain environment.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable process improvements and cost savings.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with AI/ML integration in business processes is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
