Key Responsibilities
Serve as Chief Command Data Officer and Knowledge Manager, overseeing data strategy, governance, and quality across the organization.
Design and implement data architecture and knowledge management frameworks to enable efficient data access and reuse.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop analytics solutions, dashboards, and reporting tools that inform operational and strategic decisions.
Lead data stewardship programs, ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Provide guidance and training on best practices in data management, analytics, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in data governance, knowledge management, or data architecture within a complex, mission‑critical environment.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
Knowledge of federal data standards and security protocols is a plus.
