Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement standardized maintenance procedures, tools, and training programs across three production facilities.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce downtime and optimize resource utilization.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive CMMS strategy, ensuring accurate data capture, reporting, and analytics for decision‑making.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and safety teams to align maintenance plans with operational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Drive cross‑functional project management efforts, including budgeting, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in CMMS implementation and data analytics.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and continuous improvement tools.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
