QA Engineer
Lead maintenance testing for enterprise software, driving automation, continuous integration, and defect resolution using Python, Selenium, and CI/CD pipelines.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for production and legacy applications using Python and Selenium.
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring rapid feedback and high code quality.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to identify, reproduce, and resolve defects in a timely manner.
- Analyze test results, generate detailed reports, and recommend process improvements.
- Mentor junior testers and contribute to best‑practice documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in test automation with Python and Selenium.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Hands‑on experience with Git, branching strategies, and code reviews.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.
