About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement maintenance management processes for Radio Battalion equipment, ensuring reliability and mission readiness.
- Develop and maintain tools and training materials that support operational excellence and compliance with security protocols.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and drive cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate engineering, logistics, and security requirements into maintenance workflows.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, applying lean and Six Sigma principles to reduce downtime and enhance performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in maintenance management within a military or defense environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Valid security clearance or ability to obtain one.
