Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven expertise in experimental design, A/B testing, and user research methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex findings to non‑technical audiences.
