We are seeking a Lead ML Engineer with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI Alignment to join a rapidly growing start-up. This role involves building frameworks for training and deploying LLMs, leading a team, and contributing to the critical mission of aligning AI with human intent to mitigate existential threats.
We are seeking an experienced individual who has already established themselves in the Large Language Model (LLM) space by building a framework to train and deploy LLMs. This role is for someone who is familiar with AI Alignment and is passionate about safeguarding humans against an existential threat by aligning AI with human intent.
We are a rapidly growing start-up, having expanded to 20 employees in just 7 months and secured VC funding for an accelerated path to unicorn status. Our mission involves mitigating an existential threat to humankind through AI Alignment, achieved by researching explainable AI, developing generative AI, and building an in-house framework for LLMs. We have assembled a team of experts from top companies working on large language models and are looking for a leader to manage this team and potentially take on the CTO position.
