Machine Learning Scientist driving data‑driven insights for creator‑led media, building scalable ML models on AWS, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to optimize content performance and monetization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines to analyze creator performance and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to ingest, clean, and transform large video and metadata datasets.
- Implement state‑of‑the‑art deep learning models (e.g., CNNs, transformers) for content recommendation, sentiment analysis, and trend forecasting.
- Optimize model performance and scalability on AWS services (SageMaker, EC2, S3, Lambda).
- Translate analytical findings into actionable insights for marketing, content strategy, and monetization initiatives.
Requirements
- Ph.D. or Master’s in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field with 3+ years of ML research or industry experience.
- Proficient in Python, SQL, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Hands‑on experience with AWS ML services and large‑scale data processing.
- Strong statistical background and ability to communicate complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Passion for media, content analytics, and driving business impact through data science.
