Machine Learning Scientist, BioML

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Scientist to join our team. As a Machine Learning Scientist, you will be responsible for developing and applying machine learning algorithms to bioinformatics and computational biology problems. You will work closely with our team of researchers and engineers to design, implement, and evaluate machine learning models that can be used to analyze and interpret large biological datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and apply machine learning algorithms to bioinformatics and computational biology problems
• Work closely with researchers and engineers to design, implement, and evaluate machine learning models
• Analyze and interpret large biological datasets to identify patterns and trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into our software applications
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and bioinformatics

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field
• Strong background in machine learning, bioinformatics, and computational biology
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS and Azure
• Excellent programming skills in Python and/or R
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
