About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary research team, setting vision and strategy for ML initiatives that enhance collaborative workspace features.
- Design, prototype, and evaluate cutting‑edge deep‑learning and NLP models, ensuring rigorous experimentation and reproducibility.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to translate research findings into scalable, production‑ready solutions.
- Oversee end‑to‑end model lifecycle: data pipeline design, training, hyper‑parameter tuning, deployment, and monitoring.
- Publish research outcomes, present at conferences, and maintain strong ties with the academic community.
Requirements
- PhD or equivalent experience in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience leading ML research or engineering teams.
- Deep knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or related sub‑fields and experience deploying models at scale.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
