Lead end‑to‑end research on AI‑driven chemistry models, designing and deploying large‑scale deep learning systems on distributed infrastructure to accelerate drug discovery.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and evaluate novel deep learning architectures for molecular modeling and property prediction.
- Implement scalable training pipelines on distributed GPU/TPU clusters, optimizing for performance and cost.
- Collaborate with chemists and data scientists to curate and preprocess large chemical datasets.
- Deploy models to production environments, ensuring robustness, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Publish findings in internal reports and external conferences, contributing to the company’s research portfolio.
Requirements
- PhD or equivalent experience in Machine Learning, Computational Chemistry, or related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of building and scaling deep learning models on distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex scientific concepts into actionable engineering solutions.
