ML Engineer
Senior Machine Learning Lead driving end‑to‑end ML strategy, from data exploration to production deployment, leveraging Python, deep learning, and MLOps practices to deliver scalable, business‑critical models.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full ML lifecycle: data exploration, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and production deployment.
- Define and evolve the ML platform architecture and MLOps practices to support scalable model delivery.
- Drive adoption of modern ML techniques, including deep learning, ensemble methods, and large‑scale model training.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business problems into data‑driven solutions.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performing ML engineering team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading ML projects in a production environment.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong background in MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with feature engineering, data pipelines, and model monitoring.
