About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines for predictive health analytics.
- Develop and refine AI prompts to enhance natural language understanding for clinical decision support.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data science solutions.
- Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in model validation, documentation, and reproducibility.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning and data science within a healthcare or related domain.
- Proficiency in Python, libraries such as scikit‑learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and experience with prompt engineering techniques.
- Strong background in statistical analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Hands‑on experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
