About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing team of ML engineers focused on repayment and recovery models.
- Design and implement end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines that ingest, process, and model large‑scale credit data.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and infrastructure teams to translate business goals into robust ML solutions.
- Drive experimentation with novel algorithms and rich data representations to improve prediction accuracy and risk assessment.
- Ensure models are production‑ready, scalable, and maintainable on AWS cloud services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience building and deploying machine learning models in production, preferably in fintech or credit domains.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with large‑scale data processing tools (e.g., Spark, SQL) and cloud platforms, especially AWS.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing technical teams and delivering complex projects.
- Solid understanding of credit risk, repayment behavior, and the ability to translate business problems into ML solutions.
