About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine‑tune large language models (LLMs) for context‑aware agent interactions.
- Develop autonomous agent architectures that perceive, decide, and execute complex tasks within the platform.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate agentic AI into real‑time communication workflows.
- Optimize model performance and scalability using cloud services and distributed training pipelines.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning with a strong focus on LLMs and agentic systems.
- Deep understanding of reinforcement learning, planning, and decision‑making frameworks.
