ML Engineer
Develop and deploy production‑ready ML models using Python and TensorFlow on AWS, turning data insights into scalable solutions for weather analytics.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines for weather prediction and anomaly detection.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to translate research prototypes into production‑grade services.
- Optimize model performance and inference latency on AWS infrastructure, leveraging SageMaker, ECS, and Lambda.
- Monitor model drift, retrain models, and manage versioning with CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python, extracting actionable insights for business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Hands‑on experience deploying ML models on AWS (SageMaker, ECS, Lambda).
- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation in large datasets.
- Solid understanding of ML concepts: supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation, hyperparameter tuning.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
