About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy multimodal RAG pipelines that ingest text, images, and structured data to detect and counter online disinformation.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to refine models, evaluate performance, and iterate on feature engineering.
- Implement end‑to‑end machine learning workflows, from data preprocessing to model training, validation, and production deployment.
- Optimize models for latency and scalability, ensuring robust performance in real‑time SaaS environments.
- Document code, experiments, and best practices; contribute to internal knowledge bases and open‑source initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Python and machine learning.
- Proven expertise in multimodal, multi‑agent Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Strong background in NLP, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and model deployment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
