About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and optimize machine‑learning and deep‑learning models for signal processing, sensor fusion, and autonomous systems.
- Integrate AI solutions into existing defense platforms, ensuring real‑time performance and robustness under operational constraints.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional engineers to translate mission requirements into scalable data pipelines and model architectures.
- Implement model monitoring, validation, and continuous improvement processes in secure, cloud‑based environments (e.g., AWS).
- Document algorithms, code, and test results in compliance with security and defense standards.
Requirements
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain) for handling classified defense data.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch for building production‑grade models.
- Solid understanding of machine‑learning fundamentals, deep‑learning techniques, and computer‑vision or signal‑processing algorithms.
- Experience deploying AI workloads on cloud platforms such as AWS, including containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
