About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and production‑grade deploy predictive models for healthcare provider and prescription behavior data.
- Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to translate clinical questions into statistical and machine learning solutions.
- Implement end‑to‑end MLOps pipelines using Python, SQL, and AWS services (SageMaker, Glue, Lambda) to ensure reproducibility and scalability.
- Perform rigorous model validation, bias assessment, and performance monitoring in a regulated healthcare environment.
- Document model logic, data lineage, and compliance requirements for audit and regulatory review.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production ML systems in healthcare or related regulated industry.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud‑native MLOps tools (AWS SageMaker, Glue, Lambda).
- Strong background in statistical modeling, feature engineering, and model interpretability.
- Experience with healthcare data standards (e.g., HIPAA, PHI handling, claims data).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
