ML Engineer
Develop and deploy machine learning models that detect fraud, optimize payment flows, and improve financial intelligence, leveraging Python, deep learning frameworks, and cloud infrastructure.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and productionize ML models for fraud detection, risk scoring, and payment optimization.
- Collaborate with product and data teams to define problem statements, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Develop scalable data pipelines and feature stores using SQL and cloud services to support real‑time inference.
- Monitor model performance, conduct A/B tests, and iterate to improve accuracy and latency.
- Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards while handling sensitive financial data.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and deploying production ML systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, S3, etc.) and building data pipelines.
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling, feature engineering, and evaluation metrics for fraud and risk.
- Experience with SQL and large‑scale data processing.
