About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and production‑grade deploy machine learning models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch on AWS infrastructure.
- Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to curate, preprocess, and feature‑engineer large datasets.
- Implement MLOps pipelines (CI/CD, monitoring, model registry) to ensure reproducibility and scalability.
- Optimize model performance and resource utilization, applying techniques such as hyperparameter tuning, quantization, and distributed training.
- Provide technical mentorship and code reviews to junior team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and AWS services (SageMaker, ECS, EKS).
- Strong background in MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with large‑scale data processing (Spark, Hadoop) and data engineering best practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to cross‑functional teams.
