This role involves working on next-generation search products, utilizing machine learning, NLP, and text analytics skills in Java/Python platforms, and contributing to the improvement of their core text analytics engine.

We are currently looking for Machine Learning/NLP or Data Scientist professionals working in Java/Python Platforms. We would like experience in some of the following:
Essential Skills, Knowledge, Abilities, and Background
- Strong educational background in Computer Science (preferably premier institutes)
- Should have excellent understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning concepts and algorithms
- Should have experience in development and usage of NLP tools like POS tagger, Shallow parser, Dependency parser etc
- Experience in using Machine Learning toolkits like Tensorflow, Keras, NumPy, NLTK, Sklearn, Pandas, Matplotlib
- Should have experience with using text embeddings like Word2Vec, Glove, fastText.
- Experience on OOPS, Core Java or Python, development and optimization skills
- Able to communicate with Confidence, Team Work and Collaboration
The Technology Stack
- We're using a variety of machine learning techniques (e.g. Neural Networks, Latent Semantic Analysis (LSA)) along with Java based technologies.
- You'll need to be able to get up to speed on dealing with processing lots of data using a combination of Ruby/Python and Java environment.
What you bring to the table
- We're looking for an engineer with good hands on development experience in machine learning, natural language processing, and text analytics
- Understanding business case and acquire thorough understanding of the data pertaining to the case
- Our core technology is a text analytics engine that uses a combination of NLP, machine learning, and semantic processing technologies, and we are always working on improving it
- An engineer interested in doing Research, conceptualize and implement analytical approaches and predictive modelling to evaluate scenarios
- Propose and implement the entire solution including scope definition, hypothesis formation, data cleaning and preparation, feature engineering, modelling and validation
- Design, develop and execute analytic techniques on large complex structured and unstructured (text) data sets Understand and implement published research papers and build business solution
- Visualize the data and suggest better algorithms and approaches
