Machine Learning Engineer Data Scientist
This role seeks a Machine Learning Engineer / Data Scientist to research, prototype, and productionize the world's first universal shopping copilot. The individual will work with state-of-the-art ML models to deliver real-time recommendations, experiment with interactive copilot experiences using multimodal models, and optimize data processing pipelines. This position requires close collaboration with the founding CEO and CTO, with a focus on developing the AI copilot while adapting to broader product needs.
You will research, prototype and productionise the world's first universal shopping copilot. This will involve working with state of the art ML models to deliver real-time recommendations to hundreds of thousands of users. You will also experiment with delivering an interactive copilot experience leveraging multimodal models. Further you will have the chance to optimise our data processing pipelines, working with embeddings of 10s of millions of products.
This role will require working closely with the founding CEO and CTO on a daily basis. Most of your time to be dedicated to developing our AI copilot but you will be expected to adapt to the needs of the overall product and be flexible when required.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in defining Moonsift’s product and business. You will make key software decisions and have a high degree of autonomy. It’s therefore important that you are highly motivated to build the best product for our users.
We are looking for someone who is skilled at researching best practices in applying these technologies. You will be passionate about keeping up to date with recent developments in Machine Learning and Data Science and applying them as soon as possible. Ideally you’ll also have a great pre-existing network you can draw on for support.
