Lead data-driven recommendation systems, designing and executing A/B tests, analyzing user behavior, and refining machine learning models to enhance content personalization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor A/B tests to evaluate recommendation algorithms and feature changes.
- Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale behavioral data to uncover insights and inform model improvements.
- Develop and maintain machine learning pipelines that generate personalized content recommendations.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate analytical findings into actionable product enhancements.
- Document experiments, results, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Strong background in machine learning, statistical analysis, and data engineering.
- Hands‑on experience with A/B testing frameworks and experimentation platforms.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Pandas, NumPy).
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Experience in recommendation systems or content personalization is a plus.
