About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and productionize time‑series forecasting and classification models to predict call volumes and customer intents.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering on large contact‑center datasets.
- Collaborate with product managers and operations teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
- Implement model monitoring, performance tuning, and continuous improvement pipelines in a cloud environment.
- Leverage Generative AI techniques to create advanced conversational and decision‑support tools.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit‑learn.
