About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end AI/ML pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment on AWS.
- Build secure, scalable data processing solutions to support large‑scale generative AI and LLM workloads.
- Develop production‑grade AI services, including intelligent agent systems, and integrate them into customer service workflows.
- Implement model monitoring, logging, and automated rollback mechanisms to ensure high availability and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into robust ML solutions.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Python, AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS), and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Proven track record building and deploying generative AI and LLM models at scale.
- Deep understanding of data engineering principles, including data pipelines, ETL, and data lake architecture.
- Experience with model monitoring, A/B testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) for ML.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
