Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine‑learning models that move cutting‑edge research into functional prototypes.
• Conduct rigorous experimentation, model validation, and performance evaluation to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Build end‑to‑end data pipelines and software components using Python and modern ML frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate scientific concepts into production‑ready solutions within tight timelines.
• Document code, experiments, and results to facilitate knowledge sharing and reproducibility.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in Machine Learning, Applied AI, and Data Science.
• Proven ability to evaluate models, run experiments, and iterate quickly on prototype implementations.
• Strong software engineering skills, especially in Python, with experience building reusable, production‑grade code.
• Demonstrated flexibility to ramp up on new projects within 1–3 days and deliver tangible outcomes.
• Excellent problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
