About the Role

BlackStone eIT, a leading computer software company, is seeking a talented and experienced Machine Learning Engineer / AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Machine Learning Engineer / AI Engineer at BlackStone eIT, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge machine learning models and artificial intelligence solutions. Responsibilities

• Study and transform data science prototypes into production-ready solutions
• Research and implement state-of-the-art ML and AI algorithms and tools
• Develop and deploy machine learning and AI applications according to project requirements
• Select appropriate datasets and data representation methods for model training and evaluation
• Run extensive experiments to evaluate and fine-tune ML and AI models
• Deploy and monitor ML and AI models in production environments
• Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to integrate ML and AI capabilities into existing systems
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence

Requirements

• Experience: 2-5 years as a Machine Learning Engineer, AI Engineer, or similar role
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and AI techniques
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Knowledge of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
