Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine‑learning pipelines for blood‑based transcriptomic diagnostic classification.
• Create, curate, and manage training, testing, and independent validation datasets adhering to clinical standards.
• Develop binary and multi‑class predictive models, optimize performance, and define clinically relevant cutoffs.
• Perform rigorous verification, validation, and documentation of algorithms for regulatory submission.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate models into diagnostic workflows and support translational research.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in machine‑learning algorithm development for molecular diagnostics, genomics, or precision medicine.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, scikit‑learn, or PyTorch.
• Strong background in statistical modeling, bioinformatics, and handling high‑dimensional transcriptomic data.
• Demonstrated ability to design validation studies, document results, and meet regulatory standards.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration.
