About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for client support requests via phone, chat, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve macOS, iOS, and Apple Watch issues, including hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Manage and maintain Apple Business Manager, JAMF, and other MDM solutions to enroll, configure, and secure devices.
- Assist with identity and security tasks such as Apple ID management, MFA setup, and compliance monitoring.
- Document solutions and update knowledge base articles to improve team efficiency.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience supporting Apple devices in a help desk or technical support role.
- Proficiency with macOS, iOS, Apple Business Manager, JAMF, and MDM concepts.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑centric approach.
- Basic understanding of identity management and security best practices.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
