Software Engineer
Lead LV control system design, operation and troubleshooting within a network operations environment, leveraging SCADA, PLC and HMI expertise to ensure reliable power delivery and rapid restoration.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain low‑voltage control schemes for distribution networks.
- Operate and troubleshoot SCADA and PLC systems to ensure optimal performance and rapid fault isolation.
- Configure and update HMI interfaces for real‑time monitoring and control.
- Collaborate with restoration teams to support rapid fault resolution and service continuity.
- Document control logic, change orders and maintain accurate system records.
Requirements
- Proven experience with LV control systems, SCADA, PLC and HMI technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills in a network operations context.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
