About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain SAP and WMS configurations to support contract logistics operations.
- Analyze warehouse and transportation data using Oracle and BI tools to identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Lead cross‑functional projects, coordinating with operations, IT, and external vendors to deliver integrated solutions.
- Develop and deliver training materials for end users, ensuring smooth adoption of new features and best practices.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with technical teams to implement enhancements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in logistics IT, preferably within contract logistics or supply chain environments.
- Strong proficiency in SAP (MM/WM) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) configuration and administration.
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle databases and data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Effective communication skills and proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives.
