About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive QA testing on French localized content across all game platforms.
- Identify, document, and track linguistic and functional defects using bug‑tracking systems.
- Collaborate with localization, development, and QA teams to resolve issues and improve localization workflows.
- Validate translation consistency, terminology usage, and cultural appropriateness in French.
- Participate in pre‑release reviews and post‑release quality checks to ensure final product excellence.
Requirements
- Fluent in French (native or equivalent) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in video game localization QA or related field.
- Proficiency with CAT tools (e.g., SDL Trados, MemoQ) and QA tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently.
- Passion for gaming and understanding of game mechanics and storytelling.
