Senior Linux System Engineer responsible for maintaining and optimizing a mission‑critical IAM platform, leveraging cloud operations, automation, and system engineering expertise to ensure high availability and security.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage Linux-based infrastructure supporting a high‑availability IAM platform.
- Implement and maintain cloud operations, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise security services.
- Automate routine tasks and configuration management using scripting and configuration tools.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and conduct root‑cause analysis to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with security, DevOps, and application teams to enforce best practices and compliance standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing Linux systems in a production environment.
- Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, authentication protocols, and identity federation.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and related services.
- Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, or similar) and scripting languages (Python, Bash).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to system reliability and security.
