About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Implement security best practices, including patch management, firewall configuration, and access controls.
- Develop and maintain shell scripts for automation of routine tasks and system monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Requirements
- Proven experience administering Linux/Unix environments in production.
- Strong knowledge of shell scripting (Bash, Zsh) and automation tools.
- Familiarity with system monitoring, logging, and performance tuning.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
