About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional engineering liaison section, ensuring alignment between design, manufacturing, and program management.
- Oversee system integration activities, validate requirements, and guarantee compliance with aerospace standards.
- Coordinate technical communication with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues and drive timely project milestones.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans for complex aircraft programs.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging CAD and simulation tools to enhance product performance and reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary engineering teams within the aerospace industry.
- Strong knowledge of systems engineering processes, aircraft certification standards, and CAD platforms (Catia, Siemens NX).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of successful cross‑functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects from concept through production while managing cost, schedule, and quality.
