About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Level 3 technical support for Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, patching, and performance tuning.
- Manage Active Directory services, group policies, user provisioning, and security permissions across the organization.
- Administer and troubleshoot VMware vSphere infrastructure, handling VM provisioning, migration, and resource optimization.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks, improve efficiency, and support incident resolution.
- Coordinate incident, problem, and change management processes in line with ITIL framework, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise-level IT support, with a focus on Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Proficiency in VMware virtualization technologies and virtual machine lifecycle management.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell for automation and reporting.
- Solid understanding of ITIL service management principles and experience applying them in a support environment.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and customer‑service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
