About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver on‑site deskside support for staff, students, and administration across six school locations.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Office 365 services.
- Configure, monitor, and resolve issues on LAN/WAN and VPN networks to ensure reliable connectivity.
- Perform routine hardware installations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
- Develop and execute PowerShell scripts for automation and bulk administration tasks.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and configuration changes in the ticketing system.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in Level 2 deskside and network support, preferably in an educational environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and VPN technologies.
- Proficiency with Office 365 administration and PowerShell scripting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently on multiple sites.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, CompTIA Network+, CCNA) are a plus.
